My wife is very pleased and happy. Your team is in fact master craftsmen, the floors shine and the repairs were exceptional. They got here they worked, were friendly and always busy. Please convey to them how pleased we are. In addition, I take a little different look at the work done. My entire career was in contracting facility services to hospitals. I have had floor finishers working for me and I have finished floors for years. First, my house is as clean or cleaner than when they got here. No mess on the baseboards or walls, the corners are clean, what a nice job. Second, the equipment as expected was a mess after they finished with the polishing and the slurry. When they came in to seal and buff the next day the machine was spotless and clean. That is very professional. Third, they went back and checked there work, I was aware of some small things that they picked up to make the job right.
